How It Works

When the consumer or customer checks out at your retail location, or pays for a product to be delivered, they will insert their card chip into the terminal and and follow the instructions on the screen to enter their pin. After they have entered their card’s pin number, The customer will have the option to tip (if the merchant decided to enable tipping options), the amount will be rounded up to an increment of $5.00, if necessary, change is given to the consumer, and a receipt will be printed.

What are Your Costs? Am I Locked Into a Contract?

365 Mj Payments is a no-risk option for your business. There are absolutely no contracts, no costs for the terminal, and no monthly fees. You do not incur any surprise charges such as decline fees, statement fees, etc. Zero fees means zero fees. Period.

Can I Use Terminals For Delivery Services?

Yes! We have a wide variety of clients that have delivery based businesses. All terminals have 5G/Wi-fi capabilities that operate seamlessly in the field.

What Types of Card Does the Terminal Accept?

Our terminals will accept any type of debit card that has a chip and is pin enabled. These include cards that have the Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard logos. The terminal is also compatible with Cash App type cards that are pin enabled.

Application Process

To begin accepting payments via a cashless ATM, simply contact us via the website, email or phone. You will fill out a straightforward application which will require a picture of a voided check as well as your driver’s license. Once the application is approved (within 24 hours), we will ship a terminal to your preferred address vis FedEx.

How Long Does it Take to Get My Application Approved?

Generally, applications will be approved the same business day if the fully completed application is submitted before 2 PM CST. In general, terminals will ship out within 1-2 business days.

What Happens After I Receive My Terminal?

After your terminal arrives, the 365 Mj team will schedule a one-on-one training session with you and your team to walk through equipment setup and backend reporting. We will also answer any additional questions you may have.

When Do Funds Batch?

Transactions that occur before 2 PM CST will deposit the next business day. Any transaction that occurs after 2 PM CST will deposit the following business day. Transactions that occur on Thursday after 2 PM CST to Sunday 2 PM CST deposit on Monday.

What Types of Terminals Do You Use?

We currently utilize the Nexgo N5 S. This is a state-of-the-art terminal that runs on an Android platform. The large screen allows for multi-media use. Devices can be charged via a docking station that also serves as a Wi-Fi hotspot. If you are using the Nexgo 5 S for delivery, the terminal can be easily charged in your car’s USB port.
